Regular Process Description:
The product obtained from dried garlic (Allium Sativum), garlic is crushed and sterilized at high temperatures for a short time and then packed in aseptic bags.
Applications:
Cheese, pasta, dressing, sauces, empanadas, hummus, soups,
and ready meals.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep
refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
