ONIONS PRODUCTS GENERAL FEATURES

100% Onions

Available in Organic

Optional Ingredients:

Sugar, Oliva Oil, Canola Oil, Citric Acid, Vinegar, wine, And

others if the customer needs them.

Regular Process Description:

Cooked in its own juices. Onion is diced in different

sizes, cooked naturally, pasteurized, and packaged.

Applications:

Ideal for sandwiches, burgers, empanadas, pizzas, bakeries,

cheese, pasta, dairy products, dressing, sauces, rissole,

hummus, soups, and jam.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep

refrigerated and consume within 7 days.

  • Substantial efficiency improvement compared to IQF or fresh onion

  • Can prolong the shelf life of the final product.

  • No microbiological contamination risk

  • No infrastructure for processing necessary
