Cooked in its own juices. Onion is diced in different
sizes, cooked naturally, pasteurized, and packaged.
Applications:
Ideal for sandwiches, burgers, empanadas, pizzas, bakeries,
cheese, pasta, dairy products, dressing, sauces, rissole,
hummus, soups, and jam.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
Ambient storage. 18 months shelf life. Once opened, keep
refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
